UP Police Constable Result Date 2026: UP Police Result Declared, 76,184 Candidates Qualify Written Exam, What is the Cut Off?
The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has declared the UP Police Constable Result 2026 for the Constable Civil Police and equivalent posts direct recruitment written examination 2025. A total of 76,184 candidates have been shortlisted for the Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The DV/PST is proposed to begin from August 17, 2026, while the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is scheduled to be held in September 2026.
UP Police Constable Result 2026 Declared
The UPPRPB has announced the result of the UP Police Constable written examination. Candidates who have qualified in the written test will now appear for the next stage of the recruitment process, which includes Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST).

The recruitment board has shortlisted 76,184 candidates for the Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST).
According to the board, this number is approximately 2.33 times the advertised vacancies. Candidates who have secured the category-wise cut off marks have also been shortlisted for the next stage.

Result Status

- Selected for DV/PST
- Not selected due to scoring below the cut off

- Absent in the written examination
DV and PST Date
According to the board, the Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST) are proposed to start from August 17, 2026. The examination centre, date and timing details will be released soon on the official website.
UP Police PET Date 2026
Candidates who qualify the DV and PST will appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PET is proposed to be conducted in September 2026, and the detailed schedule will be released separately.
Written Examination Date
The UP Police Constable written examination was conducted on June 8, 9 and 10, 2026, in six shifts.
After the examination, candidates were invited to raise objections to the answer key. Following the review of all objections by subject experts, the final answer key was prepared, and the result was declared accordingly. Since the examination was conducted in multiple shifts, the marks were also normalized before preparing the final result.
